Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic is conducting sources-sought market research for design-build construction of the P713 A School Dormitory Replacement at Naval Station Great Lakes in Great Lakes, Illinois. The project will construct a multi-story unaccompanied housing facility with 308 2+0 modules for 616 E1-E4 A-School students, including laundry, lounges, administrative offices, housekeeping areas, and public restrooms. The estimated price range is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000, with anticipated contract award in May 2027. Eligible small businesses—including SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), WOSB, and other small businesses—are encouraged to respond, and large business submittals will not be considered. The Government will use responses to decide whether to set aside the procurement for small businesses or issue it unrestricted, and interested firms must provide required contractor/project information and relevant construction experience.
