MINOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION MACC AT NSA CRANE AND GLENDORA TEST FACILITY

Notice ID:N4008526R0036

NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic is conducting market research for an IDIQ multiple-award construction contract for minor general construction primarily at Naval Support Activity Crane, Indiana, and the Glendora Test Facility in Sullivan, Indiana, with possible remote work up to 250 miles from NSA Crane. The anticipated MACC will award at least five contracts, each with a one-year base period and four one-year options, and the total five-year estimated construction cost across all contracts will not exceed $60,000,000. Individual task orders are expected to range from approximately $2,000 to $2,000,000 and will cover demolition, repair, renovation, MEP/HVAC, utility, asbestos/lead abatement, explosive-facility work, and occasional limited design by a licensed professional engineer. Interested firms must demonstrate minimum bonding capacity of $500,000 per project and $5,000,000 aggregate per year; if set aside, the small business prime must perform at least 15% of contract cost excluding materials. The government is seeking eligible small businesses, including SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), WOSB, and other small businesses, to determine whether a set-aside is appropriate, and large business submittals will not be considered.
