This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for a Base Operation Support (BOS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract covering Facility Investment, Pest Control, Electrical, and Base Support Vehicle and Equipment services. Performance locations include Marine Corps Air Station Laurel Bay, Laurel Bay Schools, and Beaufort in South Carolina, as well as Townsend Bombing Range in Shellman Bluff, Georgia, and outlying areas. The contract will have a one-year base period, six one-year options, and one six-month option, not to exceed 90 months, with a 60-day phase-in period. Offerors must demonstrate relevant experience on contracts with a yearly value of at least $4,900,000 for recurring services. The procurement is a competitive 100% 8(a) Small Business set-aside, with award based on best value using tradeoff analysis.
