B300 Waterfront Machine Shop Roof and HVAC Repair Portsmouth Naval Shipyard
This project involves the comprehensive renovation of Building 300, a manufacturing facility, to replace its failed roof and outdated, contaminated HVAC, fire, and electrical systems. The scope includes removing the leaking roof and installing a new TPO roof membrane, along with the full removal of air handling equipment and ductwork containing RCRA 8 metals and asbestos. It also requires replacing the steam-to-hot-water plant, adding new heating and fresh air systems, and installing new fire alarm, sprinkler, and electrical switchgear systems. Site work for utilities and restoration is included. The performance location is Building 300.
