This project involves the comprehensive renovation of Building 300, a manufacturing facility, to replace its failed roof and outdated, contaminated HVAC, fire safety, and electrical systems. The scope includes removing the leaking roof and installing a new TPO roof membrane, along with the full removal of air handling equipment and ductwork containing RCRA 8 metals and asbestos. Additional work includes replacing the steam-to-hot-water plant, adding new unit heaters and fresh air systems, and fully replacing the fire alarm, mass notification, and sprinkler systems. The electrical service will be upgraded by replacing the main transformer, service switch, and switchgear. Site improvements will also be made to utilities and landscaping.
