The contractor will provide electrician and HVAC training for up to 30 apprentices per semester from 2026 through 2031. The training will be delivered during spring, summer, and fall semesters over a five-year period, consisting of a one-year base and four option years. Apprentices will complete 12-18 credit hours per semester to earn a career certificate within three semesters. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type. Services will be performed for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic.
