Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This project involves the removal and remediation of bats from Building 1777 at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina. The scope of work includes sealing entry points, installing one-way exclusion devices, a monitoring period, and the hazardous waste removal and sanitization of affected areas. All work must be completed prior to May 1, 2026. The contractor must provide all labor, supplies, and equipment, and perform the work during regular government hours of 0700 to 1600, Monday through Friday. The final site cleanup and disposal of waste must occur off the government base.
