This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify responsible sources capable of providing Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) HVAC Direct Digital Controllers that use Honeywell WEBs software for configuration and can connect to the Building Automation Network at Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, New Jersey. The government is considering a brand-name specification under a Class Justification and Approval covering construction projects from Fiscal Year 2026 to 2031. Interested parties must show their controllers are programmable with Honeywell software, meet cybersecurity requirements, and provide examples of similar installations. Performance would be at Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, New Jersey. This notice is not a request for proposal, and the government will not reimburse any response costs.
