This is a pre-solicitation notice for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract to provide charter bus services across multiple Navy facility regions, including areas in Hampton Roads, the Carolinas, Georgia, and the Northeast. The contract has a base period of one year with options to extend for up to a total of 66 months.
