This Project involves: Provide security upgrades for NAS Oceana Building 310 in accordance with Controlled Area standards per Fleet requirements for study and training support infrastructure consolidation. The existing building is approximately 10,184 SF. The area of work encompasses security upgrades for brief/debrief spaces from Open Secret Storage (OSS) to Controlled Area standards. The Controlled Area perimeter must have a minimum Sound Transmission Coefficient (STC) of 50. Security upgrades will also include RF shielding to 60 Db level of mitigation. Incorporation of RF shielding for the area of work will require demolition of the existing construction within the planned secure boundary. The project will provide a controlled entrance space, separated from the adjoining spaces. Four Debrief spaces will be reconfigured to incorporate a new egress corridor with an emergency exit. The renovation will also include a Live Room, Storage Room, Servers Room, Mission Planning Room, Entry Control Room and Admin Room. ONLY CONTRACTORS ON THIS MACC ID CAN SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
