The project involves the demolition and replacement of the existing freight elevator (Elevator No. 2) along with associated equipment in Elevator Machine Room 117, as well as replacement of one hollow metal door. Supporting electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and a dedicated HVAC system are included. Only contractors already on this MACC group are eligible to submit a proposal.
