Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This project involves the demolition and replacement of an existing freight elevator and its associated equipment, along with replacing a hollow metal door and providing supporting electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC work at Naval Air Station Oceana, Dam Neck Annex, Building 355. The work is confined to the building's first floor, adjacent to Classroom 118. The opportunity is restricted, as only contractors currently on the specified MACC group are eligible to submit a proposal.
