This project is a Design-Bid-Build contract for the construction to complete the installation, programming, and commisioning of level 2 dual port pedestal style charging stations with power sharing features at Building 9, Building 26, and Building 305. Charging stations are to match existing stations already installed on base. The work includes both civil and electrical aspects and all incidental related work, and hardware to provide complete and functional charging stations. The Project also includes the installation of 15 new bollard style dual port electric vehicle charging stations. This includes 2 units at the south end of bldg. 9 to support the NOSC, 1 at the at the Main gate, and 12 on the east side of NAVFAC, bldg. 305. New charging stations will require saw cutting of curb and parking space work, installation of bollards, excavation of ground and installation of duct banks, and underground electrical service. No new transformers will be needed for this project.
