The Contractor must provide supervision, labor, material and equipment required to perform all work for the following project: Demolish and repair the exterior main entrance stair curbs and railings to Hopper Hall. The concrete curbs at the ramp will be saw-cut flush to the ramp, and a new curb will be installed with anchorage back to the existing, remaining structure. The railings will be replaced with architectural, prefinished, prefabricated, surface-mounted, stainless steel, horizontal rod-rail system.
