The abatement and disposal of corrugated asbestos siding system, as well as the replacement of the roof system. Remediation and disposal of Lead-Containing paint. Replacement of exterior cladding, wall mounted light fixtures, Storage Room roof structure, ductwork, doors and entry awning. There will be demolition of abandoned conduits, Gamewell Masterbox with its associated conduits/brackets and shrubbery/roots/landscape border on the East side of the building. There will be a regrading of areas adjacent to the building to promote drainage away from the building and entryways. Storm water improvements will be provided as well.
