The work includes providing labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform all work for the following project: Construct Access Roads at Buildings 428 and 1348 at Yorktown Naval Weapons Station, VA. The work includes: Bldg.428: Provide demolition and earthwork, Provide 37 ft long x 6 inch PVC pipe with riprap headwalls. Provide 3 ft wide crusher run below pavement centered at pipe location. Provide depth of crusher run to 4 inch below bottom of pipe. Reuse existing riprap for headwalls. Bldg.1348: Provide earthwork, demolish fence in way of new gate, provide 20 ft wide by 6 ft height swing gate, and provide gate operators.
