The ceiling will be 9 feet high and will be designed to limited access storage over the room. The existing panel on the East wall will be relocated. The room will be equipped with lightning, eleectric and telecommunication connections to support three (3) GFGI workstations and a GFGI printer. The Maintenance Office space will be required to have a new exterior door installed. A ductless split heat pump system will be provided for the office.
