All work shall be done in a manner to provide a complete, usable and finished product. See section “16. Work Requirements (boiler rental)” and section “17 Work Requirements.” for an expanded and detailed scope of work. All work shall be performed in accordance with, but not limited to, the standards referenced herein, state and federal codes, laws and regulations, and the Unified Facilities Criteria.
