This is a Design Build project for the complete interior renovation of rooms 111 and 111-01 at the North Bay of building 309. This project will transform room 111-01 into an open secret storage space per DoDM requirements. Renovation includes all new finishes (i.e. acoustical ceiling tile and grid, carpeting, painting), all partition walls and doors to have STC-50 rating, current split system HVAC to be replaced and properly sized, sound masking, lenel security, SIPR and NIPR connections to be installed, and incidental related work. The work is located at the Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, approximately as indicated. The exact location will be shown by the Contracting Officer.
