This is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction project to remove existing roofing and deck of the low roofs and roofs of equipment rooms of Building 77H and provide steel deck and modified bituminous roofing membrane and roofing assembly; remove the existing gypsum knee wall below the kalwalls at the low monitor roof and provide knee walls; remove existing insulated metal panels at the equipment rooms and provide insulated metal panels; detach and temporarily support existing gutters in-place along the low roof edges and reinstall gutters; provide lightning protection system; and incidental related work. The work is located at building 77H at the Navy Yard, Philadelphia, PA.
