[THIS REQUIREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO MACC HOLDERS FOR CONTRACTS N4008520D0157/0158/0159/0160/0161/0162] The work includes replacement of Building 26’s existing dedicated HVAC unit serving the J6 assembly room, the HVAC unit serving the DCSO, the rooftop cooling tower, and all associated related appurtenances. Existing systems cause humidity resulting in mold/mildew issues in the building and require constant maintenance. Project will include installment of one cooling tower. The cooling tower will be installed with a drift eliminator and the potential emissions for this cooling tower are well under the permit applicability threshold.
