The work includes Update classroom floors, ceilings, painting and hvac and electrical systems. Update existing dive locker area into new conference room. Provide provide new flooring, new ceilings, paint all walls add new lighting, update HVAC. Update existing hallway Ceilings. Install new ceilings,lighting and HVAC. Provide a high build coating on west exterior wall and repair roof and incidental related work.
