The work includes constructions of a boat launch, pier, and a boat staging area to support watercraft-based operations at Stone Bay (Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune). Special construction features include coastal area storm water best management practices. Electrical systems include lighting, primary power, and branch circuits. Mechanical systems include a wash down area and compressed air. Information systems includes a telephone. Site work will include utility systems, an access road, parking, sidewalks, domestic water, security fencing, gates, storm water, copper communications, and area lighting.
