The work includes but is not limited to, the temporary removal of existing AHU-1 & AHU-2 from existing rooftop mechanical curbs, demolition of existing rooftop mechanical curbs, installation of new mechanical roof curbs, infill and patching of existing roof system, reinstallation of existing AHU-1 and AHU-2, and the replacement of existing ductwork, water piping and electrical components. Interior work includes the replacement of existing acoustical ceiling tile, raised access flooring, and coatings in rooms 209, 210, and 212 along with the modification of existing acoustical ceiling tile systems in rooms 211and 216 to facilitate electrical, mechanical, and structural work associated with the relocation/raising of existing AHU-1 and AHU-2. **Open only to Contractors listed on the MACC Contract, Contractors are listed on the first page of the General Requirements.
