The building was built in 1954 and has had many renovations throughout the years. The latest renovation to the restrooms and locker rooms was 1996. The scope for this project is to renovate all restrooms and locker rooms on the first floor. The existing layout shall remain the same for all restrooms and locker rooms, unless noted otherwise. All finishes, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, light fixtures, receptacles, plumbing fixtures, lockers, window blinds and vanities shall be demolished and replaced.
