Generally, the Scope of Work requires renovations to various spaces to replace damaged and/or outdated finishes. Areas of work include the exterior front entrance, Entry (101), Lobby (102), Toilet (107), Drying Room (111), Shower Area (112), and North Stairwell (106, 206, 306).
