The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision to properly collect and dispose of non-hazardous solid waste; including administrative office waste, industrial operations waste, bulky items, recyclable material, green waste, rubbish and construction debris, and foreign source garbage received from ships at Naval Weapons Station Earle locations in Leonardo and Colts Neck, New Jersey. Award will be by an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract consisting of a base period of 12-months beginning on 01 June 2022, with four 12-month option periods, if exercised. The FFP portion of the contract will be for the recurring (scheduled) trash and recyclable pick up station-wide. The IDIQ portion of the contract will be to order various types and sizes of roll-off dumpsters on an “as needed” basis. This solicitation is being issued under FAR Subpart 13.5—SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURES FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ITEMS. Award shall be made to the conforming technically acceptable, responsive, responsible Offeror providing the lowest aggregate total dollar amount for Line Items 0001 through 0010 and the accompanying Exhibit A, Exhibit Line Items (EXCEL ATTACHMENT).
