As a result of the market research analysis, a determination was made to set aside this procurement under the HUBZone Small Business Program. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic, PWD Great Lakes, is seeking potential firms capable of furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary for Management and Execution of Base-wide Refuse Collection/Disposal and Recycling Services at NAVAL STATION GREAT LAKES. If issued, the solicitation will utilize source selection procedures which will require offerors to submit a proposal for evaluation by the Government.
