The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary for Management and Execution of Base-wide Refuse Collection/Disposal and Recycling Services at NAVAL STATION GREAT LAKES. **************************************************************** The NAICS Code for this procurement is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection and the annual size standard is $41.5million. **************************************************************** The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option years. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services clause. **************************************************************** Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. **************************************************************** The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent HUBZone set-aside. A sources sought notice N4008522R2584 for this procurement was posted on 27 December 2021 on https://www.SAM.gov, and a market survey was conducted that included an assessment of relevant qualifications and capabilities of potentially qualified firms. As a result of the market research analysis, a determination was made to set aside this procurement under the HUBZone Small Business Program. The NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic small business office concurs with this decision.
