This Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) authorizes and approves the use of brand name commercial equipment from Johnson Controls International (JCI) Metasys product line for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) programmable building controllers in contract actions requiring interface with the identified Installation networked facilities control and monitoring systems at NSA Hampton Roads - Portsmouth Annex (PNMC) (referred to in this document as "the Installation").
