All classrooms are to receive new carpet, 48" AFF stained wood panel wainscot and baseboard, painted gypsum wallboard walls, vinyl covered walls, new acoustical ceiling system, upgraded mechanical, electrical-lighting and power, AV/IT systems, cyber security, life safely systems, cabinetry with solid surface countertops and intergral back splash, window treatments, and new HVAC system including new air-conditioning. **Only those Contractors listed in the RFP MACC solicitation below will be allowed to bid on the requirement** 1.
