Request for Information (RFI Rresponses for ELevator Service Contract 3. Extends the Proposal due date from 4 June 2021 to 18 June 2021 Naval Station Newport in Newport, Rhode Island is seeking qualified companies to provide Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services for Naval Station Newport, Naval Health Clinic New England, Navy Gateways Inns & Suites and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport Rhode Island. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform elevator maintenance and repair services as described in the Performance Work Statement and associated attachments. The work will be accomplished under a combination Recurring/Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Non-Recurring/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option periods. Estimated contract start date is 1 August 2021.
