The Naval Submarine Base New London in Connecticut is seeking qualified 8(a) companies to provide Water Testing Services for the Main Base, Conning Towers, Nautilus Park, Trident Park and Polaris Park, all of which are located in Groton, CT. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform water testing services as described in the associated attachments. The work will be accomplished under a combination Recurring/Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Non-Recurring/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option periods. Estimated contract start date is 1 October 2021. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract on time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period of up to six months under the Option-to-Extend Services clause.
