Please be advised that only the 8(a) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Contractors primarily in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC (Contract Nos. N4008518D1140/1141/1143/1144/1145) can provide a proposal for this project. The work includes the addition and renovation of Building 301 to construct a roughly 3,500 SF single story addition to the existing facility, for Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) at NAS Oceana Dam Neck Annex. Work includes all site work and foundation requirements, paving and grading, and building construction including all utilities. The building will house the SOF Physical Security forces and will have the following spaces: Offices, Training Room, Break Room, Gear Storage (including existing armory), locker rooms, restroom facilities and mechanical spaces. New finishes will be installed throughout the facility.
