ONLY THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTORS CAN SUBMIT A PROPOSAL 8(A) MACC CONTRACT HOLDERS The work includes the evaluation of an unoccupied 71’ x 20’ area on the first floor of building V-53. This space is to be renovated for use as a repair shop area supporting the fleet. The work is located at Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, Virginia, approximately as indicated. The exact location will be shown by the Contracting Officer.
