The work includes demolition of the existing closed loop water source heat pump system condenser loop piping and provide new condenser loop piping. Portions of the existing lay-in ceiling system shall be removed and replaced as indicated to facilitate removal and installation of the new condenser loop piping. Gypsum board ceilings in indicated rooms and areas shall be removed and replaced with lay-in ceiling systems as indicated. The existing fire protection sprinkler heads shall remain. The sprinker escutcheons shall be removed, stored and reinstalled in the new lay-in ceiling systems. All electrical equipment including lighting fixtures, lighting controls, audio/visual equipment and electronic security devices shall be removed, stored, to facilitate removal of the ceiling systems and reinstalled in the new ceiling systems. The existing ceiling mounted diffusers and grilles located in the areas involving ceiling removal and replacement shall be removed, stored and reinstalled in the new ceiling systems. New grilles, lighting fixtures and associated electrical appurtenances shall be provided in the new lay-in ceiling systems serving the indicated toilet/shower rooms.
