This request for proposal is only open to contractors on the Design Build/Design-Bid-Build, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Construction Contract For New Construction, Renovation, Alteration & repairs for General Construction Projects in the Hampton Roads Integrated Product Team (IPT) Area of Responsibility (AOR), under contract numbers N4008517D0325-0328: J.W. Clark Enterprises, Inc; McFarland Atlantic Construction; Safeco-Ocean JV LLC; &Turner Strategic Technologies LLC. Please see attached General Requirements and Attachments A - H. Project repairs the windows and interior of Building IB at Naval Station Norfolk. Project repairs include: repairs and modifications to select windows, modifications to existing window-mounted PTAC mechanical units, replacement of damaged window framing and cladding components, replacement of damaged interior wall and floor finishes, abatement of mold contaminated interior finishes, and replacement of exterior perimeter window sealant and backer rod. Work includes interior wall and flooring that has been damaged by water filtration.
