Please be advised that only the 8(a) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Contractors primarily in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC (Contract Nos. N4008517D0325/0326/0327/0328) can provide a proposal for this project, V-53 Room 209/240 Renovations at Naval Station Norfolk. This project includes the renovation of various rooms of the Second Deck (approximately 18,750 SF). The interior work includes, new electrical lighting and power, new mechanical systems, new partitions and finishes, and furniture for the new lab and open office areas. Also included in this project are complete renovations to existing restrooms. Bid Option 1 consists of restrooms 219 and 220 and Bid Option 2 consists of restrooms 222 and 223. Existing floors, walls, and celiengs are all to be renovated within the 18,750 SF.
