CLIN 0001: The contractor shall remove all existing windows, window screens, blinds, window perimeter joint sealants & caulking, window shims and window sub-framing as required to prepare the existing masonry window openings for the installation of new Aluminum windows and blinds. In addition, repair the Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) that is damaged and missing on the south elevation of Building C34, Mainside, Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, N.J. CLIN 0002: The Contractor shall provide a Lump Sum Price for removing 420 Linear Feet of damaged existing 1” thick x 8” wide wood window trim and replacing the trim with new painted 1”x 8” wood trim on a Unit Price basis as directed by the Contracting Officer. The Wood trim shall conform to WWPA G-5, Grade C & BTR standard grading rules. The new 1”x 8” trim being used shall match the existing trim sizes, profiles, shape and contours that are being replaced. This cost shall include all required items to provide a complete and usable painted wood trim installation.
