CLIN 0001: The work includes the removal of four modular boilers, removal of supply & return piping, make-up water line, air separator, gas piping, controls and wiring, mechanical room exhaust fan, insulation, pumps, and water treatment equipment. CLIN 0002: This work requires the removal of the hot water pumps, piping from the air seperator to the pumps and piping from the pumps to the main supply water line. CLIN 0003: Provide a new air handling unit control and all sensors and control items as required by the sequence of controls, exterior piping insulation to be replaced and any incidental work to complete option 2.
