Description of Work: The project shall include the replacement of an air handling unit and air cooled condenser serving the north end of building 1176. The replacement will include a central station air handling unit with direct expansion cooling coil and a hot water heating coil. The unit will be equipped to provide the required amount of heating, cooling and ventilation air for the occupants. The electrical system serving the new mechanical equipment will be upgraded to serve the equipment as well.
