This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors that the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction Camp Lejeune intends to solicit bids and award a firm-fixed price contract for Infrastructure Reset Demo Buildings - Package E, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, North Carolina. A sources sought notice was posted on 30 December 2020 under solicitation N4008521B2504 to determine availability and capability of businesses to perform the requirement. Based on market research results, the procurement will be solicited as a HUBZone set?aside. NAVFAC Mid?Atlantic's Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the determination to solicit as a HUBZone set?aside. The work includes complete demolition of buildings, including overhead and underground utility lines terminated at closest main connections, demolition of concrete slab, walkway and footings. Sites will be backfilled, leveled, and seeded. Asbestos shall be abated as per specifications. LEAD Paint reports available. Buildings projects include the following building packages: Package E. A complete set of specifications and drawings will be included in the solicitation. The procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding and the estimated cost for this procurement is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The proposed contract listed here is solicited as a HUBZone set-aside and is therefore subject to Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.219-1. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238910 and the annual size standard is $16,500,000.00. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://beta.sam.gov when it becomes available, free of charge. Plans, specifications, and drawings will be available for electronic download on or about 17 March 2021. Bids will be due on or about 15 April 2021 at 2:00 PM. Offerors shall submit with their offer a bid bond of 20% of the amount of their proposal.
