Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic, Facilities, Engineering & Acquisition Department Norfolk (NAVFAC MID-LANT, FEAD Norfolk), Norfolk, Virginia requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: K Buildings Replacement of Electric Locks located at Naval Station Norfolk.
