The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N40085-20-T-0151 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-08, effective July 14, 2020 and DFARS DPN 20200605, effective June 05, 2020.
