This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALLbe posted on the beta.SAM.gov website. The solicitation number is N40085-20-T-0115 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-05, effective March 30, 2020 and DFARS DPN 20200408, effective April 08, 2020. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
