This solicitation is to perform Storm Drain Maintenance and Repair Services at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center and Naval Support Activity-Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. This requirement shall include, but is not limited to, develop and implement preventative maintenance program for storm drain inlets, provide and maintain drain inserts for storm drain inlets, perform emergency trouble calls, perform service trouble calls, perform television scanning of collection lines, clean storm collection lines, clean sewage collection lines, pump out manholes, wash out manholes and clean catch basin and discharge lines.
