The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision to perform the following: disposal of single stream recyclable materials from Naval Support Activity (NSA)... The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision to perform the following: disposal of single stream recyclable materials from Naval Support Activity (NSA) Mechanicsburg, PA in accordance with the attached specifications, performance work statement (pws) as listed in Section C, and attachments as listed in Section L. Note: because the government will provide all trucks and drivers for hauling, the small business contractor’s material recovery facility shall be located within a 50 mile radius of NSA Mechanicsburg, PA. Proposals received for facilities outside the 50 mile radius will be considered non responsive to the govt’s requirement and will not be considered. The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and management necessary to fulfill the requirements of this contract and each task order in a timely manner, with safety as a priority and quality work as the final product.
