Smart ATI/KMK Joint Venture The scope of this design bid build project is the complete replacement of the south elevator and de-commissioning of the north elevator in building 17, including associated electrical work, at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT. This includes new doors, cabs, pistons, controls, along with other equipment and incidental related work. Also included is the installation of a new 13.8KV transformer and 480V electrical service. The glass hip roofs on the two elevators at building 17 shall be removed and new roofs installed.
