QBS Inc 4. Smart ATI/KMK Joint Venture The scope of this project is DESIGN BUILD renovations for building 159. Scope includes abatement of hazardous materials – asbestos and lead- associated with the project scope including floor finish removal, lead paint removal and plumbing removal. Replaces all the floor finishes in all the spaces except in the two stairwells. Remove all the resilient tile flooring, carpet and underlying resilient tiles and associated wall base. Replace the carpet with carpet tiles, resilient floor tiles with resilient floor tiles and replaces the wall base. Paints all interior surfaces. Removes and replace all the plumbing and sanitary system, plumbing fixtures and accessories. Replace damaged sanitary line and domestic water line in the tunnel. Remove walls to access and replace plumbing and all the wall and floor finishes in the toilets, shower and locker room area. Replace the existing fire alarm panel and repairs it to make the system operational.
