The project consists of the base scope which includes modifications to the Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC). **PLEASE NOTE - This is a directed RFP and only those Prime contractors listed within the attached RFP are allowed to propose on this project. - There may be subcontracting opportunities for those firms with appropriate capabilities.
