The Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Long Island ATFP Improvements project consists of the design and provision of physical security equipment (PSE) and electronic security systems (ESS). Design criteria and requirements for the security equipment and systems shall comply with Department of Defense (DoD) Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), other applicable DoD technical publications and regulatory agency standards and requirements. Additionally, construction sequencing, temporary site security during construction, local environmental conditions and constraints, including wind, cold temperatures, and winter weather conditions shall be considered in the design of the security measures. ***NOTE - This is a direct RFP and only those Prime contractors listed within the attached RFP are allowed to propose on this project. - There may be subcontracting opportunities for those firms with appropriate capabilities.
