The shelter must have sufficient lighting, electrical outlets, and an air compressor with sufficient airdrops to accommodate aircraft maintenance. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus three 6-month option periods. The Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services clause. This is a new procurement.
