Solicitation Number: N4008520B3311 Project Title: Air Handler Unit repairs NAICS Code: 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors PSC/FSC: Z1PZ – Maintenance of Other Non-Building Facilities Project Magnitude: Between $100,000 and $250,000 SBA Size Standard: $16.5 Million Contract Completion Date: One hundred eighty (180) calendar days from Notice to Proceed An organized Site Visit scheduled for 25 February 2020 at Naval Station Newport, RI. Review solicitation for details. This is the only Site Visit for this requirement. Site visits not mandatory, but offerors encouraged to attend. Submit base access requests to allow time for approval. Description of Work: The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, material, transportation, and equipment to perform all work for the Repair and Upgrade of Air Handling Units at McCarty Little Hall (MLH), Building 27, at Naval Station Newport, Newport, Rhode Island 02841. Contract Completion Date: One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
